The Japan Chapter of Columbia Venture Community (CVC) hosted a virtual session with Naka Imuta, Founder and CEO of Techtouch, Inc., a SaaS-based B2B platform with over 2 million users in Japan that enables companies to create and embed intuitive website user manuals into IT systems. In January 2023, Techtouch announced that they raised 1.78 billion yen (about 13.8 million USD) in a series B round from DNX Ventures, Mitsubishi UFJ Capital, NTT DOCOMO Ventures, and others together with their plan on investing in 10 SaaS startups by the end of 2024 for the purpose of business collaborations. In this virtual session, we touched on the following topics:

- Ideation to Execution: How to generate new business ideas, build a B2B SaaS platform that meets users’ needs, and scale businesses to a series B funding stage.

- Leadership style and team building strategy to attract and retain the right talent who can drive growth.

- Business strategy for 2023 and beyond.


コロンビアベンチャーコミュニティ・ジャパンチャプター（CVC Japan）では、ノーコードのガイド・ナビゲーションツールをB2B向けSaaSとして提供し日本国内で200万人以上のユーザーを持つテックタッチ株式会社の創業者兼代表取締役 井無田仲氏をお招きしてオンラインセッションを開催しました。2023年1月、テックタッチはDNX Ventures、三菱UFJキャピタル、NTTドコモ・ベンチャーズ等からシリーズBラウンドで17.8億円を調達し、2024年末までにSaaSスタートアップ10社に協業を目的に出資する計画を発表しています。本セッションでは、以下についてお話いただきました。

Prior to starting Techtouch to fix the user experience in Technology utilization, Naka worked for Deutsche Bank, Shinsei Bank as an investment banker, and for United, Inc. as a product manager. He holds a LLB degree from Keio University and an MBA from Columbia University.

慶應義塾大学法学部を卒業後、新生銀行、ドイツ証券にて企業の資金調達/M&A助言業務に従事。その後ユナイテッド社で事業責任者、米国子会社代表として、米国スタートアップとの資本業務提携、数千万ダウンロードのアプリサービスなどの事業推進を実施。コロンビア大学MBA卒。2018年3月にテックタッチ株式会社を創業。
