Noritaka Kobayashi | Founder and CEO, bajji

Noritaka Kobayashi completed his graduate studies at Osaka University, earning a PhD in Engineering. He then worked at Nomura Research Institute and Gree before founding a startup in Singapore in late 2012. Since then, he has founded multiple companies both domestically and internationally. He has experienced two exits and one token listing. Named Asian Entrepreneur in 2015, he received the IBM Blue Hub award in 2016, ranked third among Singaporean companies in the Deloitte Fast 500 in 2017, and won the Hidden Gem category at the 2020 Google Play Best of Awards. In 2022, the climate tech app "capture.x" won the Best of Show award at the Super DX Summit. His published works include "Things You Wish You Knew Before Becoming a Leader" and "Humanity 2.0: How to Live After the Corona Crisis." He is certified in leadership management by Columbia Business School and has been a professor at Business Breakthrough University since 2010.

大阪大学大学院工学研究科博士課程修了。野村総合研究所、グリーを経て、2012年末にシンガポールで最初のスタートアップを起業。その後も、国内外で複数のスタートアップを起業。これまでに2度のイグジットと1度のトークン上場を経験。2015年にAsian Entrepreneurに選出され、2016年にはIBM Blue Hub賞を受賞、2017年にはDeloitte Fast 500でシンガポールの企業のうち3位にランクイン、2020年にはGoogle Play Best of AwardsでHidden Gem部門を受賞。2022年、「capture.x」がスーパーDXサミットでBest of Show賞を受賞。著書に『リーダーになる前に知っておきたかったこと』『人類2.0 アフターコロナの生き方』など。コロンビア大学ビジネススクールCertificate Program修了。2010年よりビジネス・ブレークスルー大学教授。
