Bio

Receiving an MBA from Columbia Business School in 2022, Hayato joined the NY-based startup, FlexIt Fitness, as the VP of Finance. Prior to CBS, he worked as an Investment Banking Associate in J.P. Morgan’s Tokyo office, advising Japanese companies on their M&As and financing transactions across diversified industries including consumer, pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, etc. Hayato earned his master’s and bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Tokyo.
