Lenny (Kayo) Chin joined UTEC in July 2021 and focuses on investments in seed / early-stage startups in the fields of AI, quantum computing, and other disruptive technologies. Previously, he worked at Lenovo and PwC Advisory LLC in Tokyo, Japan. Leading strategic planning and operations at Lenovo Japan, he managed the consumer business’P&L for NEC. He earned a BS in Mathematics from the College of Creative Studies at UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
