Ryan (Ryo) Muramatsu

Bio

Ryan is a Corporate Counsel (CA Registered In-House Counsel) at Renesas Electronics America Inc. Before that, he was a Corporate Venturing Co-Lead at Tokio Marine Innovation Lab Silicon Valley, where he worked on seed and early stage startup investments, as a dedicated staff for Tokio Marine's corporate venture arm, Tokio Marine Future Fund. Prior to that, Ryan worked as an attorney at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, one of Japan's leading law firms, where he handled startup investments and startup M&A. He holds a law degree from the University of Tokyo, a J.D. from Waseda Law School, an LLM degree from Columbia Law School, and is admitted to the NY State Bar.
