Satoshi has an impressive track record in mergers and M&A and PMI of automobile distributors in Russia and Kazakhstan, gained while at Mitsubishi Corporation. Subsequently, he joined the US-based private equity fund, Carlyle Group, where he was involved in executing investments and PMI for one of the largest snack companies in Japan and Orion Beer, a large craft brewery company in Okinawa. He received his Wharton MBA in 2017 and, in addition to his role at 10X, he has also been actively involved in management support for professional sports teams such as Voreas Hokkaido (v-league) and Kumamoto Volters (b-league).
