Prior to CBS, Shincho worked at Suntory Holdings Ltd, overseeing the supply chain management of the alcohol segment in Japan. Her responsibilities included managing partnership negotiations, creating budgets, reporting to C-level executives, and spearheading the development and implementation of AI in demand and supply planning. Holding a master’s degree in development studies, she has a profound interest in business ventures that create significant social impact.
