Taka Omote is the CEO and founder of Mitsucari to eliminate recruiting mismatches in society. Taka graduated from Kyoto University (Law Department) and received an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley. He worked at Morgan Stanley as a salesperson and won best sales awards several times.
